Bring a water bottle and come ready to move! We also have cubby storage for shoes and personal items.
What is the difference between pilates and reformer pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise focused on building core strength, improving flexibility, balance, posture, and body awareness. It can be done using a mat and small props.
Reformer Pilates uses a specialized piece of equipment called a reformer, which uses springs, straps, and a moving carriage to add resistance and support. It allows for a wider range of movements and can be adapted to different fitness levels. Both are great ways to build strength, improve mobility, and move with intention—the main difference is the equipment used.
